A new kind of panic attack???

This happens to me all the time, sometimes I need to read something 3 or 4 times before I get it. I know fibro causes this so I always just mark it up to fibro fog, but I'm sure anxiety can do the same thing. Makes alot of sense to me.

I do get migraines and we are experiencing a weather shift here in the Chicago area...unfortunately it's happened on and off throughout the evening and I'm inclined to think its panic related.

I've certainly been wrong a million times, but it seems to happen and while it's happening I also become quite short of breath, lightheaded, dizzy, scared, etc. In fact, just typing this sort of triggers it.

I'm having some rather extreme anxiety at the moment, so logic is pushing me towards panic, but I did have my first twinkly rainbow aura just a few months ago, so Lord knows you could be right.

Sigh. When do we just catch a freaking break?

It could be causing it, side effects from the increase, but they will wear off as they did before and you'll be feeling much better. Stick with it!

I'm sorry you woke up in a panic, I've done that too many times to count and it sure does ruin your day if you let it. Use your coping skills and remember to say a positive mantra, this is just anxiety and it will not ruin my day.

I hope you can turn things around.

As far as not comprehending what I hear or read, well it's just been this way for a few years now and I've gotten used to for the most part. It does suck to have to re-read things a few times to "get it". I do it on the forums a lot, otherwise I wouldn't have a clue what to say cause I don't remember what I just read, lol.
