Hi HW family, I just want to share what I think about
this issue. Sorry if it's heart breakingly boring xD
As being a research and scientific meta-analysis freak, LOL, I've been collecting data about
this subject for a long long time now. And this video shot the last bullet;

Of course all scientists/drs say different things and everyone is free to pick whatever they want to eat. But I think I'll stick to believe that excessive amount of sugar is not needed, besides very dangerous for our health.
Since I've read a couple of books about
healthy eating and watched quite many conference videos from various Phd DRs, Hereby I promise that I will never touch any product with added sugar inside (including stevia, other sweeteners and fruit juice). I will just keep on eating adequate amount of fruit daily (because of vitamin nutrients and fiber) and my regular vegetable/legume/nuts rich diet.
Instead of wasting time worrying about
what type of C. I will get, I decided to take action in making my body and immune system stronger. Of course this may not reduce my health anxiety since it's a different issue, but I will try my best to support my body.
Right now I'm reading the book called "Year of No Sugar" and I recommend it. It's quite fun and interesting read.
And S.C. , sorry ;-; I won't be giving any cupcakes,
cookies and brownies from now on :/
But I learned an ice cream recipe just with bananas, cocoa powder and organic peanut butter :D lol
