I was so anti-benzo and finally I got prescribed to a low dose of Klonapin and I must say it is the best anxiety medication that is working for ME.Please try all your options before taking this and PLEASE take as prescribed.

Hello, and welcome.

I am on the generic form, clonazepam. I take it every 12 hours, and it has been great for me. My family is happy I'm on it as well. ;)

Right now, I only take half my prescribed dose, because I'm in physical therapy 3 days a week, plus have other doctor appointments as well, and I don't feel comfortable driving on the full dose.

After I get this constant running over with, and have my up-coming surgery on the 26th, I'll probably go to the full dose. Will talk with my docs, and make sure there aren't any interaction problems, but I don't foresee any.

I'm glad you've had positive results with it as well. I think it's a good med.

Welcome Cryingout4help, I'm happy you found us and happy you found a benzo that works well for you. This is an awesome community full of caring people that understand what living with anxiety is like.
