That must be hard...you are away, in a strange place...all that is making an already stressful situation more uncomfortable. I can imagine that you would be struggling.:(
Use your coping skills! Lie down and do some breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation. Watch a meditation video and see if this helps.
If you are still feeling unwell, maybe you need to burn off some nervous energy/adrenaline...and checking to see if there is an exercise room might be a good move...or simply doing some calesthenics in your room could help.
You can get through this. It is a difficult situation and challenge for sure...but you are stronger than you know!
