Who else gets these random weird/crazy dreams!?

I had them while on Zoloft,
and the last three days, oh my, haha.
So weird... I wake up going "what the heck was THAT!?"

I dream every night. Last night was a crazy one about my old boss, who I haven't worked for since last April. He was jumping around like a gorilla, and climbing all over his truck, so I called 911. LOL Who knows what gets into our heads.

Makes me feel like I haven't really slept, because I've been so busy in my dreams. It's better than nightmares though.

I have periods of remembering lots of dreams...

...and then I can go a long time without any, at least that I recall.

Hopefully you'll get a break soon, and have some deep, uniterrupted sleep!

I have noticed when I go to bed later at night that I always seem to have vivid dreams that aren't exactly nightmares but they always have a crisis theme based on some unresolved concern in my life. I have woken up with such a rapid heartbeat the last three nights (because I have been going to bed a few hours after my normal bedtime) that I thought I was shaking. Nope, just my heart pumping so furiously that I could feel it through my entire body. Last night was especially bad. I think I will go to bed at the proper time tonight!

Hi

I get some really weird dreams and some which are quite disturbing I have had problems with this for as long as I can remember and yes I wake up a lot and think what the hell lol.

I started keeping a log of my dreams recently as I feel you can learn a lot from your dreams the subconscious mind is very powerful.
