Hi,
Sorry to hear of your hiccup today. :( You are bound to have bad days occasionally, and I know when you start feeling poorly that you think the worst (good old anxiety, always the mood crusher!) but you are not going to go back to where you were before.
You are stronger now — as evidenced by the fact you were able to handle your anxious episode well enough to be able to go in to work! Try to stay positive... and I know how hard that can be. Just keep in mind that you have improved so much that you had an entire week that went okay right before this happened. I am willing to bet that you will continue to have many more weeks where you feel okay, with the occasional bump in the road.
It really helps me to keep a journal/log of how you feel each day. When you're having a bad day, look back at how many good days you had in a row. You will see how that your good days outnumber your bad ones, and that will give you more confidence that you are getting better. Because if you're anything like me, you don't believe you are getting better (especially on a bad day!) unless you see facts. lol
Take care,
-Cat
