My left arm feels weak,I've had a migraine for that lasted for most of the day,then disappeared. Now,my head is starting to hurt again. Also, my hand(left feels tingly) I feel shaky,and cold. Is this a stroke or anxiety?? (I'm also on my period/ I've been having breast pain occasionally,too.

Sorry to hear of your current symptoms.

It could be anxiety related I would suggest if things don't improve go and see your doctor in the meantime do all you can to reduce your anxiety I like to use Mindfulness you will find lots of videos on youtube.

My thoughts:

The pain experienced with migraines can cause a person to breath irregularly (hyperventilating) and in turn cause tingling as well as other symptoms related to hyperventilation. Hormonal fluctuations, for some women, can cause breast pain and can also trigger migraines. Being shaky and cold could be related to the migraine as well as hormones. This last can also be due to anxiety. If you are still dealing with being shaky and cold try heating up a blanket in a dryer and once warm/hot wrap it around you.

I'm sorry to hear about your most recent problems. I urge you to calm down and breathe and think about the right things to do. Get a sense of certainty by having yourself checked by a doctor. For the breast pains I'm pretty sure that it is caused by your period but it wouldn't hurt to have it checked as well.

What other symptoms are you having? do you have difficulty with breathing? It can be really disadvantageous if we assume without you being assessed properly. It's better if you get immediate check up. Have a chest x-ray and MRI so you can rule out heart and lung problems.

In the meantime don't be disheartened. Calm down and do some meditation and relaxation exercises whenever you feel the pains and the other symptoms. Enjoy the holidays. :)
