for the stress relieving exercise, i open used utube and look for a good exercise for my neck and shoulder before bedtime or middle of the day,, it works.. i stop exercising because i feel better (i know im wrong i have to continue all the way even i feel better) being lazy is in my gene i guess. No motivation at all. Every time i dont feel good i always thinking about to exercise again. But i always used deep breathing exercises everytime my heart palpitations races to the roof and its calm me down a little bit. I used the L-thianine before but i got reaction on it so i stop using it.
Thank you SC, i will make appointment this coming monday. I will ask every thing whats best for me to my doctor. She prescribed me before the prozac but i stop using it. I just took it only for 1wk and stop, but she know it though because i made appointment after i atop taking the prozac, she dont want to prescribe the higher dose of xanax i might not handle it.
But yes i have to make a move right this moment. I will do exercise again, sweat it out, do yoga, do breathing exercise again every day. So yes i have to take care of my health. Will keep you guys posted of my progress
