Thanks a ton Rrakkma for the input. I've been battling these weird symptoms for 17 months now. I tried everything I could naturally to get through this to no avail. I gave up drinking, quit smoking, began eating better, took up weight training, supplements, and running. The best medicine for this in the last 17 months has been running. After I finish running and shower I feel more alive, more energized, happier, and most importantly I feel this sense of "clarity". I havent gone running much this week hence my symptoms have increased trememndously. Its a concoction between anxiety, depression, and stress. Dizziness, head pressure, brain fog, and an out of it feeling are the worst. Apathy and just disgust with everything. 2 years ago I was filled with energy, happiness, confidence, clarity.
