Merry Belated Christmas! And Happy New Year, HW Family!
My last post I was letting my blood work results bother me,
But, no more!
I'm upping my healthy life style even more than I have been to help reduce the inflammation that is in my body and is causing my CRP levels to be higher, I will still mention it to my doctor, of course.
I've upped my "step goal" and "mile goal" everyday!
Starting "Clean Eating" this coming week!
It'll hopefully help lower my A1C even more!
I'm determined to not let my anxiety control me and my life like I did in 2015!

Thank you!
My husband and I have also come to a decision,
We're going to try for our 3rd and last baby!

Wow!! Congratulations!
What an exciting time for you now!
I remember planning for my second baby...it was an amazing experience...and so different than my first...who was a (wonderful) surprise. :)
Hugs and high fives,

Thank you!
I know, so much at once!
My second was a wonderful surprise also!
I didn't find out until I was 20 weeks along with her!

Uh, lissa, you guys still remember how? lol
Good luck and fair sailing.
Triglycerides and glucose are two items that respond to exercise very well, my a1c is now 6.4 Peace.

It's all so much at once!
Right now I'm sick ): again...
So everything is on hold haha.
My exercise has been half of what I usually do, but it's better than nothing.

It's okay, and at times, even beneficial to ease off a bit on your exercise regimen if you are sick.
The general rule if thumb is...
...if you have a cold/mild virus, then exercising to your ability, (depending on your energy level) is good for the immune system.
...however, if you have a fever, or are having severe symptoms, vomiting/diarrhea, deep body aches, uncontrolled coughing...ect...then it is time to take a break and rest completely.
You'll know your limits...so listen to your body and act accordingly. :)
Well wishes!

Yes, definitely. I jogged in place in my house ( getting a treadmill hopefully tax time ) and walked also, did the first day of my squat challenge today. I'm pooped haha.
