Have you tried any self help calming techniques yet? They are really effective at managing anxiety if practiced daily.

As far as your specific concern goes...did you know that when you work out, the heart rate actually drops over time, as cardio function becomes more efficient?
So even though the heart rate increases while you are exercising...your resting HR will actually drop on its own, to a lower and more productive rate afterward. :)
...so you've nothing to worry about, and everything to gain from your workouts!
