Hey!
My week has been pretty good really, probably the best I have had in a while.
We got a new bad and it's just great I can finally sleep! ( our.old bed was a disaster comfort wise ) and I was able to go our today for breakfast with no anxiety at all =)

Things have been going good so far. The anxiety is almost gone. I am feeling better and then I am tired. So it is kind of all over the place. I am just super tired right now is all. Hope everyone is well.

Big up and down week for me.

Started out great, I had a good outlook and was determined to get through my current situation. I even went to nyc for work with no problems.

Then my cousin had a stroke and it sent my health anxiety flying. So I've been dealing with that the past few days. He's going to be fine for now but we r so close in age that it has all types of my symptoms popping up. I'm just sure is the ssri meds work for health anxiety.

A bit up and down this week after cutting caffeine and alcohol, but can see some light at the end of the tunnel as my brain adjusts back to a better equilibrium.

Hi Hibee...
It's been up and down. As of last Wednesday I have gone to the gym every day. Trying to get my physical body in shape so the mental will follow. It has its pro's and con's.

its been a bad week for me . i know i always sound positive here but truth is i still suffer from what ails us all. i have been largly med free for 2 years but i could feel myself slipping into depression lately . i started back on st jons wort and its working. doing better today . no way do i want to return to a ssri

busy......hosp project, therapy, doing my self exclusion deed, from my gaming venue, bro stuff, my stuff, catch up stuff. excellent reviews from the clinical director, hopefully more opportunities, a mix of posting and e-mails and paperwork stuff / cleaning. keep strong my friends.
