I know the feeling all too well. Know that many of us understand the feeling: a quiet home where you're just lounging around should be peaceful and wonderful, but when you have anxiety, it's all of a sudden strange, lonely and anxious. Nothing bad's happening, and yet there's some kind of seclusion that feels so off and weird.
Having the TV on, watching something louder, like sports, or a sit-com, watching a funny movie, reading in a coffee shop or something like that, are all things that help me. It's not 100% since there's usually a little anxiety still inside of me, but it does help quite a bit. Until you get this anxiety problem fixed through medication and coping, those are ways to help you in the interim.
