As others have said, Zoloft is considered one of the safer medications during pregnancy. It is very well studied. Talk to your doctor about it, but you probably wont need to make any changes there. Zoloft is also very safe for breastfeeding.
Ativan on the other hand, as with any benzo, is not recommended during pregnancy. However, there are times when the benefits outweigh the risks and doctors have prescribed it to pregnant women. This is something you and your doctor will have to discuss and decide the best path for you.
The most important thing for a healthy baby is a healthy mamma. So when/if you get to the point of wanting to become pregnant, focus on keeping yourself happy and healthy will keep baby happy and healthy!
