Hey there, anxiety, however caused, can result in a myriad of unpleasant symptoms...leg weakness (jelly legs), dizziness, tingling sensations, feeling faint. It's a pretty long list. Foggy brain is also common and it's something very familiar to me when bad anxiety hits.
Good thing you have been checked out medically; that should ease your mind a bit.
I will also say that I read more and more that digestive issues can cause or exacerbate anxiety. I go round and round with my own occasional stomach problem/GERD and anxiety. What comes first? Sometimes it seems my anxiety will get my stomach tied up in knots and other times my stomach makes me feel faint, anxious, etc.
Maybe talk to your doc about some acid reducing med that you can use occasionally to see if it helps calm your stomach and lower your anxiety? I've had good luck with Nexium.
Hang in there!
