Morning folks


How has your week been? Check in if you have the time.

I had an appointment with my psychiatrist on Wednesday which went well he has increased my Olanzapine to 10mg and I have to take 7.5mg at night and 2.5mg in the morning.

yep, me went on abilify again. 5mg morning and night. too many chaotic thoughts. good move on our parts hibee. keep strong mate.

I hope the adjustment works for you guys. I'm adjusting too. I upped my buspar 15mg a day. I'm on day three and honestly I feel kinda crappy. It surprises me because I don't remember feeling any side effects when I started it. Hopefully they'll level out pretty quick.

keep well guys. it helping me. helps with chaotic thoughts and is much less saturating than most anti-psychotics. have used this med a few times. works very quickly. a la minute!!! keep strong my friends.
