I'm back to meditating twice or 3 times a day.
It was just one night when i wasnt okay
But otherwise all okay

Well I'm back on medication but day 10 and I've never been happier about It. I had a great week! I was able to go outside and stuff without panic.


I'm on 50mg zoloft. Monitoring it really heavy though a bit upset about the weekend because my appetite returned and I ate about 1800 kal every day I'm aiming for 1200 atm

Doing okay. Getting a lot done around the house. Always do when I'm feeling extra anxiety. Takes my mind off. Hope everyone has a good week.

Everything is going really awesome. I saw my doc on Monday and she raised my dose up to 100 mg of Zoloft. I'm currently down to 0.75 mg of Xanax in my taper.

I have:

Stopped vomiting in the mornings.
Stopped having panic attacks and anxiety.
Anxiety about my experiments is going away.
Able to function at work normally again.

THANK YOU TO MY NEW PSYCHIATRIST WHO BELIEVED IN ME!!!!! Told you I wasn't an addict! smile
