How has your week been? Check in if you have the time.
I'm not to bad still having problems with social anxiety which is a bit of a pain but doing all I can to help reduce it.

Feeling a little crusty. Been tapering my buspar. Feeling some anxiety. Bad in the morning then slowly recedes. Hoping things sort themselves out for you and your mom HT. Hope everybody has a good week.

Doing pretty good here.
I've been off Xanax for 3 weeks now. It should be completely out of my system. I'm starting to feel myself again. I just have a little bit of residual depersonalization. All physical symptoms have left me.
I have contacted my doctor and I will attempt to get off Propranalol now. I don't need it if I'm not experiencing tachycardia.
Life is changing for the best. I paid off one big credit card I had and now it's gone for good. I have one more to pay off and one debt and I'm good to go. I was pulled into my director's office last week and told a new position is being made at work and my VP and director would like me to take it. I have told them I will and I'm already starting my transition. By the end of the year I should be moved into this new position and this scientist will not have to do ANYMORE EXPERIMENTS!!!!!! YAYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm very happy with the life changes coming my way and very happy about
being well enough to enjoy these changes!

Thank you Cilly!
I'm excited. Just got my first training today. Can't wait for the day to come when no more experiments pop up!!

my 4th attempt at finding a ssri I can tolerate seems to be working. at least I made it 2 weeks this time. going very slow this time.celexa at only 10 mg. my depression is lifted and anxiety is down by about
half. it will probly take longer to work fully like this but at lest my body isn't rejecting it like the first 3 I tried. still horrible insomnia. cant sleep with out help of some kind. drs will not give me ambien. I am stuck with horse crap like trazadone-doxipine(worked one nite!) and mirtazapine. (I tried to take the trash out in my sleep and collapsed at the door. restoril no longerputs me to sleep. I have been playing with the mirtazapine does to find one that's best for me as the recommended 15mg is wayyyyyy to strong. how can anyone function on this med? its potent stuff
