This is a challenge for me as well. I tend to overthink these things...and the imagination can really run wild can't it?

Positive/Reassuring Mantras are a key tool for me when I am dealing with this kind of issue. Our anxiety is sending an onslaught of negative/scary messages to our brain...so we need to counter those with good ones! You can read more about
