depersonalization is killing me today.
i feel like im just a character in my own home... why?!
does anyone get this?

I am not sure if I can say anything I have not already...

...so I'll just send my encouragement to keep working toward your recovery. Go over the self help from the Resources again...and don't give up.

I am sorry this is still hard...but it will get better with time and continued effort.

I really recommend looking up the DP Manual by Shaun O'Connor. He has helped me with my DP tremendously and his insight is so comforting. Definitely ,definitely check this out.

You are certainly not alone in this. DP is one of my most triggering symptoms of anxiety, but as the DP Manual states, it is just a symptom of anxiety. That's it. It cannot exist on its own. Are you still on your Zoloft?
