Have you ever had a migraine? Have you been dealing with congestion or sinuses? How about
straining your eyes on your computer or phone too much lately?
There are so many benign reasons for what you are experiencing...try not to get caught up in catastrophic thinking. (although I know it's hard not to...it's what we do!)
Lay down and rest, practice some Progressive Muscle Relaxation and breathing. If you don't feel some relief, then give your dr. a call...
...but try not to worry. It is surely something that will pass on its own, or something very treatable
