I am sorry that you are being challenged with these worries and the 'what-if' questions that they are causing you.
Think about
what you might say to a patient who was going through this. You'd probably tell them that they are not likely to faint...but rather that fearing/feeling like one is going to faint is a common anxiety concern.
You'd probably then take them a step towards what they fear...and ask them "What do you think would happen (in the unlikely event!) if you did faint? You'd then explain, that while not pleasant...fainting in and of itself is not dangerous.
Finally, you would seek to set up a management program for them. (or tweak an existing one) So what can you do to improve yours? Do you need an Rx eval/update?
How about
therapy? Are you currently seeing anyone? How is your self help regimen?
Sometimes professionals neglect their own care...so be sure to keep up with yours.
