Why a day,

Spent day at a theme park yesterday and my muscles are weak. I feel super dizzy and heavy breathing and am freaked out I will lose consciousness. Am uncontrollably shaking and my head feels tight and am out of it any kind words would help greatly

Hang in there. It's hard I know. And, never pleasant. Is this the first time this has happened to you?

Some ideas, try to calm down (much harder said than done, I know) take some deep breaths through your nose and blow out slowly from your mouth. Or, breathe into a paper bag, both will help your breathing. And, if you're breathing better the rest will start to fall in place. But, if you think it's a medical issue then please do check with your physician.

For me, at least when I feel anxious about one thing (breathing) it tends to make me anxious again causing other symptoms. Resolve one the other goes away but it can take time. The more you practice the better it gets.

Was going to the theme park a stressor for you? Something you were anxious about? That might cause anxiety especially if you held it at bay the day you went. Kind of an after effect. Sometimes, my anxiety gets bad even when I'm experiencing something good.

This happens regularly but not to this extent I feel like my head is going to explode I think due to tmj but can’t tell at the moment. It doesn’t help I was at a water park all day yesterday and didn’t get much sleep

I'm sorry you're suffering like this. If this is the worst it's been have you thought about calling your doctor? Do you take any medications for this condition? If so maybe your doctor would increase the amount when you feel like this. Take it easy and try not to worry. Remember you have friends here who are ready and willing to help.

I am sorry to hear that you are struggling atm. I had a challenging day myself yesterday...those days happen...

...but they also pass, and we come out the other side stronger than before!

Remeber your coping skills. My go to's are The Divided Breath breathing exercise and Positive Mantras.

@chutz I was in Zoloft and had to change Drs and no longer have a scrip and have been off basically cold turkey for a month or so! The panic is I am not sure if it’s TMJ related, Zoloft withdrawal related or the what if’s day MS or brain tumor which I can push out but not east
