Hi everyone,
I’ve suffered from panic attacks since I was 20, and am now 33. I went through some really hard times, but learned how to stop panic attacks by expecting, demanding, and welcoming them. Unfortunately, I had antenatal depression which threw me for a loop, and nothing I did helped.
I’m eager and desperate to re-learn how to do this, and was wondering if we can start a thread with hearing about how everyone copes/prevents/disarms their attacks?
