How do we detox bacteria dying in the brain causing neuro symptoms?

My question:
So how do we detox the bacteria dying in the brain causing neurological symptoms ?

Lyme is just one of a 1,000 health conditions that we can obsess about and this post should inject enough fear to rattle the amygdala and cause some real nasty anxiety.

I have a friend who works for the forest service and had Lyme many times - takes the antibiotic and it is gone. Anything else if scare mongering.
