Not sure why after dr. doubled my buspirone do i have increased anxiety or it is just a coincidence.
On edge. Bad pains in my stomach as a result of all this anxiety.
So tired of sadness and anxiety.
Updated my resume and joined a career counseling group paid for by my former employer today. Uploaded my resume for tweaks.
Don't feel like moving towards obtaining employment but at the same time know staying home grieving all day and night is not beneficial to me.
Wish I had a magic wand.
Husband is still grieving with anger and it's hard to be around him. Walking on eggshells. Nothing I do is right.
Resentment is building.
Every day is the same. Don't even know what day of the week it is anymore. Figured out it's the weekend- who cares.
Sitting here just waiting for my grief counseling chat to start.
Every night I go. Count the hours until it
opens up.
What a life.

You are taking steps towards healing. That is a good thing. Don't give up. You are getting there.
I hope today is better for you.
Hugs, Karen...

WearyRASufferer, I think it is possible that the increased dosage of buspirone is causing you to feel more anxious.
Although I've never been on buspirone before, I have been on psychiatric medications in the past that worsened my anxieties.
I would talk to your doctor.

Weary,
How are you doing on buspar? Is it still making you anxious? Did you talk to the doc? I hope you are having a good day...

Happy Birthday Weary...
I am sorry that it turned out to be a trigger. I know you miss your son. I am really sorry for what you have been and are going through. I hope you see some brighter days.
So how is the buspar doing? Maybe it is hard to tell.
Keep hanging in there.
Gentle hugs...
Karen...

WRAS,
I am sorry that your birthday was challenging for you. Any milestone/first holiday/birthday...ect is tremendously difficult of course.
I am keeping you in healing thoughts/prayers daily.
For what it is worth...happy birthday. I hope you can gift yourself with something good just for yourself sometime soon.

I could not take it. I woke up every morning with anxiety. I stopped taking it and most of the daily anxiety in the am went away.
