Freaking out

For the last two days I’ve been feeling this weird
Flutter , zap, Jolt in upper sternum. Have any of you felt this ?

Yes I have dealt with the same symptom in the past and have always put it down to anxiety/stress so do all I can to lower my anxiety levels and the symptoms seems to go.

Does it feel like a nerve pain? I had that at the base of my ribs and it turned out to be non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Hopefully, it’s just anxiety.

I have a fatty liver too. But my numbers came down after I lost some weight.

It’s somewhere in my upper middle chest almost close to my tracheal area.
It feels like a thump.
All my lab results came back fine

Rickk90, I'm glad your lab results came back good.

Now that this thread was started over two months ago, are you still getting these symptoms, Rickk90, or have they gone away?
