I went for a walk yesterday which was nice. Weather is starting to cool down a little bit where I live.

I have been dealing with bad health anxiety this week but I am starting to calm down a bit.

Hopefully the rest of this week will go good.

Hi there, I continue with my medication and I have added b complex and magnesium...still going have good days and then others not so well. But better I can say.

The weather has cooled off here so it is rather nice at this time. I have been feeling well. I got new glasses this past week. So I can see again...
