Hello and welcome!
I am sorry to hear of your anxiety challenges.:( We do understand and care...and am glad that you have joined us.
When you have your upcoming appointment...can you discuss therapy as an option with your doctor? He/she may be able to give you a referral to someone who could really help! I went to therapy for panic disorder, and learned to manage my anxiety quite well.
In the meantime, and as an enhancement to any treatment option that you ultimately choose...here are some self-help recommendations for you. These sites offer really effective solutions for the issues you describe.
Take a look, try them out...and keep posting! We are here to support.:)
