hi, we can not live in a bubble.
If you practice the right protocols, then nothing to fear.
When the anxiety hits, it is good to distract from these thoughts that
are presenting, of which we generally call stinking thinking.
Having things to occupy as at this time is crucial.
A toolbox method we use, my toolbox, music, cold water on head, some use ice in hands.
Distraction is key. You already know it passes, and that at certain times it is less problematic.
For me, it is the quieter moments when it comes on, the brain starts with mulling over things,
like a cobra readying itself to strike. Sometimes for people it is other things,
fear, situations, etc.
i use incense to quieten down my mind.
Keep strong. Look at the resources thread at the top. it is good.
