I'm so sorry! I totally understand your fear!
I know it is scary to have such serious possibilities. Try to focus on the less frightening possibilities, though. Sometimes diagnosis is a matter of ruling things out. By this time tomorrow, those scarier things will probably be ruled out.
Resist google! You can do it! May the healing well force be with you! :-D
In the meantime, I suggest distracting yourself with something pleasant. I'm sure your pain limits the choices some, but here are some ideas - hit up redbox or netflix and watch some good movies, cuddle up with a good book, bubble bath, write a letter to an old friend from high school (even if you don't have an addy) or a love note to your current sweetie, or a letter to your children to read years down the road.
I'm sure you can think of something to get that mind on a different track! :)
