Hi first time.
I am sorry that you are having a rough time at the moment. Are there any circumstances that are challenging you currently?
Are you feeling depressed at all? The statements about not being happy about vacation...and feeling hopless about your situation are pointing in that direction.
Do you have someone that you see for therapy? If not, I can recommend the therapy link in our Resources. It is called Moodgym, and is really helpful.
It coule help you to get out of the low place that is keeping you from feeling your best.
As far as your breathing symptom, can you try some meditation and relaxation exercies? Again, if you need ideas...check the Resources. The links and videos are there for you.;)
