I'm not a doctor (standard disclaimer) but I'll hazard a guess....
Because your changed your nutritional eating patterns, (and didn't "diet", which to me, is jam-packed with negative connotations of mistreating one's body by skipping meals, using artificial sweeteners, relying on high sodium/lower calorie foods that are prepacked with chemicals.....)
....well since you did this the healthy way, although you have lost weight, for 5', your weight is not particularly alarming. Back in the day when I was 5-1/2" (and proud of it, even if I had to stretch mighty hard to get to be measured that tall), my weight would fluctuate between 96lbs and 116/117lbs.
To many people that sounds tiny, but if you're healthy, strong, and as you said, not malnourished and starved (which is what I see when these girls have collar bones, scapula, spine and ribs sticking out,....like skeletons draped with flesh)....evidently you did not present that way to your doctor.
Please keep in mind so many numbers we hear about weight are from people on average between 5'5" up to 5'8" or 5'9". "We" (short ones) cannot expect to weight what they do, nor can they expect to weight what you do now, and what I did back then.
If you are concerned about this, if you continue to lose weight, and if this distresses you, I'd encourage you to speak to your doctor and possibly a registered Dietician. Sometimes something as little as including one meal replacement shake (and they can be made from scratch with a blender so you know what's in them), is enough to pick up the lbs a little at a time. But ask your doc before beginning any inclusions or changes.
PS: When I was at your weight, I was also perfectly healthy,....just very fit. And to people hearing the number only, the weight sounded dreadfully low. But if you're fit, healthy, strong, and if your lab work comes back fine,....this may just be a resting place for now....
