The feelings you are having are understandable and a natural result of what you went through.
I thought you had starting seeing a new therapist...?
How about
talking about
this with your P-doc when you discuss possible Rx ideas, and getting his/her guidance? They likely can give you a reliable referral.
Or maybe for now, you can just work on some self-help...and when you are ready to try and see someone again, you will know it is the right time.
