Is it OK for me to share a video regarding tips for coping with depersonalisation?

There's some bad language and the actual images in the video are from someone playing Call of Duty, but that's not what's important. What is really important is that the guy narrating the video only talks about what helped him overcome, or at least cope, with it. You can leave it playing in the background.

I think you are allowed to post such videos, of course I can't answer the question about it having bad language and images.

Healing Well is a supporting community, if you think that the video will help people with Depersonalization, feel free to post :) Or you can always wait for a confirmation from moderators, in any case.

Night, can you please email me the video. Go to my profile and my email is there, with the bad language and the call of duty I need to see it before I can let you know, I'm leaning towards no cause we do have young teens that post here but I'd like to see it and give you a firm answer. :) Oh thank you for asking before you posted it. :)

This video is not approved, but if anyone would like to see it. Nightcrawler can email it to you. I did watch it and he does have a way with words describing depersonalization, I just felt it was too violent with the call of duty for our younger members.
