Question to HW Ladies... (Update)

Hello friends!

I got a little scared today because just 7 days after my period I had a bright red bleeding with the discharge I was having for 2-3 days (sorry TMI). But strange thing is it happened only once, when I used toilet paper after I've done the nr 1. It doesn't seem to continue but I have this slight lower abdomen cramp/discomfort during period. This bleeding isn't like a period it's just like came out with the discharge once. Small amount.

Of course I started thinking the worse scenarios, even though I had a check up for 8 months ago and all were fine.
Any of you experienced similar? Can it be something to worry about?

[UPDATE] Yes, nurse also says that this is very normal, so females who experience such for the first time, don't panic but get opinion from midwife/nurse in any case.

Well the answer to that question is, two days ago!
I also heard that it can be ovulation since it happened only once on cycle day 11 (today) and just saw it when wiped. That's all. Seems not to be continuing.
Yes, I plan to call nurse on Monday morning and ask.

(ok male friends if you are reading this, as you can see female body and hormones are pretty messed up so if you plan to reincarnate stick to your male parts.) lol

Yes, I think this issue is nothing to worry about. I managed to overcome this one pretty quick but still I have problems with getting panic the first time I see a symptom as in terms of Health Anxiety.

Today I am going to talk to midwife/nurse anyways, so I will update afterwards.
