Anxiety about mixing meds

So I've had a horrific migraine for daysss now.. It hurts so bad that I can barely function. I get them all the time with no explanation as to why I've had many cut scans mris etc and no explanation. I see my pcp in a few days I'm going to see about a diff med to prevent them but I just want to know that I'm not the only one afraid of taking diff meds I take so many meds I get scared. I've been taking my pain meds and they have barely been giving me any relief so I just took some Excedrin tension headache because it's thumping (my head) like I could cry.. So now I am laying here freaking myself out because I took my pain meds 2-3 hours ago and I'm thinking something bad will happen now because I took the Excedrin. I don't know why I do this to myself..!!!!!! It was it's not considered even mixing

I think you are fine with taking the Excedrine after your Rx. If you are really concerned, you can check it with your pharmacist for the future...but this once is not going.to be a problem, I'm sure.:)

Try to relax and get some good restorative sleep!

I agree you should be fine I take a lot of different medications and don't have any problems.

If you are worried speak with your pharmacist as they will be able to advice you on this.

You will be fine, I too take pain meds with excerdin. Although after being put on verapamil for high BP I no longer get migraines I did suffer from them for years so I know how you feel.

I would recommend you try the excerdin migraine formula, it always worked for me as long as I took it before a full fledged migraine hit.
