So, I've been exercising pretty hard as of recently-light cardio and intense strengthening exercise including core work and arm work that involve me doing arm dips on the side of the bed, crunches, plank, etc, and now I'm experiencing some pretty uncomfortable back pain. Almost a burning sensation where I feel like I either need a good back crack or a pretty intense massage. But it's freaking me out. Could it be from improper form from exercising? Or my muscles just not used to the heavy lifting and work? But it's so different than a sore muscle feeling. Hmmm m.
