Here are some thoughts,give me high five if it resonates with you and you wanna change.
Habit of overspending,over shopping,overeating,oversleeping or under sleeping.
I dint sleep at all whole night ....but now time will put me to sleep and whole day I sleep....extremely annoying habit ,my circadian rhythm is weirdo.
I wanna change it,any suggestions plz.
