Anxiety can cause many physical symptoms, even if we're not actively anxious. The stress hormones can stay in the body for a while, especially if you've been anxious for an extended period of time previously.
I'd also add that things like an occasional headache, sore muscles, sensitive skin, etc are also a normal part of life! There are many things that happen to a normal, healthy person to make them feel those things. Now, if any of those symptoms are occurring more frequently and/or becoming disruptive to daily life, then you should get it checked out. But an occasional headache is nothing to worry about. :)
