Halo
I am fine when I speak to someone and the don't move but when they move or do something I look in that direction even when I speak to someone and someone in that circle moves I look at what they are doing or if I see a movement in the corner of my eye I look in that direction. Then I feel people think I am watching them. Does anybody else feel like this?
Thank you

Visual disturbances are really common with anxiety, and I think this is a symptom that is likely common among a bunch of people!
I also have a hard time focusing completely on moving objects- it makes me dizzy- so I try to focus on something that I know is stationary.

Halo I went to see a neurologist and explained to him how I feel because I believe my nervousness is from the 2 medications I use for epilepsy and he said he doesn't see anything wrong.

P.,
Do you.see your neuro regularly for monitoring of the epilepsy? Do you have regular EEG's...
...is there still seizure activity, or is your medication preventive only?
I think being up to date on your physical issue...if you are not already, and getting the updated care you need...(assessing current needs, adjusting Rx's if necessary)
...and starting to put together an anxiety management plan will help you to cover all the possibilities for your symptoms.
Wishing you the answers and wellness you seek. Keep us updated, so we can keep you in support!
