The good news is that your test results revealed that all is well...
...but yes, this presents its own challenges, as it is hard to believe that anxiety can cause such profound symptoms!
Getting started with your anxiety management plan should be your goal now. Did you and your doctor discuss the options yet?
Medication and /or therapy are the most common approaches.
Self help is another beneficial practice to take up! Please see our Resources at the top of the main forum page here for great material. Practicing the suggested exercises daily will make a difference in how you feel. Start with the 'Stress Relieving Exercises ' link, including the Progressive Muscle Relaxation.
