I am sorry that you are struggling...this can be frustrating, especially if you feel as if no one is listening. If you have really tried to express to your parents how you are feeling, and are not being heard...
...then yes I would recommend talking to another trusted adult. A teacher, guidance counselor, your doctor or pastor/youth leader.
Your parents may then take the situation more seriously, so you can get assistance with this.
