I am sorry to hear of your troubling symptoms...we do understand what you are describing...and it is a miserable way to feel.
Have you discussed any anxiety management options with your doctor yet? Medicatuon and/or therapy are the usual and effective choices.
Once you have ruled out the thyroid/any possible physical reason for the way you are feeling...this consult with your doc should be your next step.
