To start with, I had an accident this morning with going to the bathroom (defecating). That's always a bit upsetting.

Yesterday my supervisor came down on me hard about an error. So now I am anxious about whether I can do my job right.

This has been going on for a long time. I was given a verbal warning late last year about my phone calls to customers. So now I'm anxious about that all over again.

I just hope I don't get fired. I don't want to have to go through unemployment and looking for a job all over again. Although on the other hand I really hate this job sometimes. Lots of pressure.

Would appreciate any positive feedback and prayers.

I am so sorry...that does sound like a tough morning to get through! I am a bit late getting started on the forum today...so I hope that by now things have settled and you are feeling better.

I am sorry also to hear that your boss came down on you, but am confident that you will not be let go. We perceive things as worse than they usually are...and everyone gets reprimanded at work occasionally. You are a conscientious employee who seeks to fix issues that need attention...and your boss knows that.

Keep using your coping skills, and know that we are sending support!
