Im having trouble with my severe hypochondria.
On thursday i was painting my room. I went to wash my face with the hose and some water went up my nose. I was aware that anything up your nose is trouble so i tried to get it out.
I thought i had blowed it all out until i went back to painting the ceiling of the room with my head tilted back and i felt the drip of water go deep in my nose. i got scared!!
Now ive been googling like crazy everyday ... im on day 6 since "infection" and i got neck stiffness but idk if it was caused because i was laying in an awkward position or its the amoeba... i have no headache or vomiting "yet" ... i read it takes 7 days to 14 days for symptoms to appear... and ive just been worried as hell!!!
please help
