Cipralex side effects

later today I will be on my 9th day of cipralex 0.5
The last 2 days the nausea seems a bit stronger and lasts longer. Yesterday I woke up feeling a bit shaky which i havent felt in a few days and then nausea set in not long after I awoke and continued all day without let up until late night and even though it slightly lessened I knew it wasn't far away.
I have awoken this morning, a little shaky again and nausea already.
Up until the last couple of days the nausea was just wafts that went away and my mood was better than before and I wasn't shaky... kinda disappointed at how I feel now.
Anybody have any thoughts? I had hoped once things started to change for the better it would be one step better to feeling the old me again.
