I've been trying to get out more and I'm also not in bed in the day time as before. The dog is finally walking but he can't jump. Maybe he has to regain his strength after not using his back legs for a month.

I am so glad to hear of the amazing improvement you have made. It may not seem like a lot...but it really is a huge deal!

It has been a few weeks and it seems to be going good with my panic attacks. Now I have go outside by myself , far from the area of where I live. I've been going out with others. The dog has returned to normal. He can jump and run outside now. We just worry that he might overreact to being hit by anything really. He is easily spooked.
