Any physical stress can be a trigger for our anxiety. So, if you are dehydrated, sure...anxiety has an easier time you because you are not feeling your strongest. Not drinking enough water can also cause symptoms similar to those experience with anxiety such as headaches and dizziness...so that in and of itself can be triggering due to the similar feelings they share.
Fortunately, you've put this together and made the connection, so you can stay hydrated and avoid the issue! ;)
