Yes. Yes, yes, yes - I am often exhausted with that very same feeling. Like I am walking around, looking over my shoulder waiting for the inevitable end. Health anxiety is tough. I have typed that sentence soooo many times, but it's true, it is a hard thing to get through.
But we will get through it! I'm not giving up yet. Don't you give up either.
Maybe try some of the anxiety resources here. Pull out all the old tricks you have for coping with your anxiety - whether it's a hot bath, meditation, journaling, a warm cup of tea... You mentioned that you felt like crying - go ahead, set some time out for yourself and cry. Let those emotions you've been holding back to get through the day out. Set a timer if you need to. Find a sad movie to help you get it out, if that's what you need. Whatever it takes to help yourself though it.
And keep coming here when you need to, to remember there are folks out there that know what this is like. You aren't alone.
